1. What we collect
Search inputs: the URL, email address, or company name you check, plus the timestamp and a coarse region derived from your IP address. If you create an account we store your email address and billing identifiers held by our payment processor.
Uploaded documents: invoices and wire instructions you submit for a deep-dive report, including their embedded metadata, which is the subject of the analysis.
2. What we do with uploaded invoices
We extract document metadata, payment instructions, and entity identifiers to produce your report. Extracted signals may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form to improve detection patterns. We do not sell your documents and we do not disclose your identity as the requester to the business you checked.
You may delete an uploaded document from your account at any time; deletion removes the source file and its derived report.
3. Business records we publish
Scores and signals about businesses are derived from public records and publicly observable web data, and may appear on a public profile page for that business. These records describe commercial entities, not consumers, and never include the identity of anyone who ran a check.
4. Who we share data with
Service providers only, under contract: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and records-data suppliers. We disclose data to law enforcement solely in response to valid legal process. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Search history is retained while your account is active and for twelve months afterward. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to uploaded documents is limited to staff who need it to deliver or support a report.
6. Your requests
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. Businesses appearing in our index may request their record and submit corrections; see the dispute process in our Terms of Service.
This page is drafting scaffolding, not legal advice. Have counsel review it before you accept payment or process uploads.
